We are looking to hire a professional receptionist to oversee all secretarial and reception duties at our main reception. You will perform a number of duties, including answering phone calls, keeping official records, etc.
Job responsibilities
Greet, welcome and orient visitors appropriately.
Communication and correspondence management
Maintain effective records and administration
Keep the reception area tidy
Respond to or refer customer inquiries
Answer and forward phone calls
Perform any other administrative duties necessary to keep the office running.
Job requirements
Excellent knowledge of customer service.
Good interpersonal skills.
It must be neat.
